The third floor is dedicated to pleasure with a game room and home theater. The game room has plenty of space for pool and gaming tables and features a concealed wide-screen television niche. The plush theater features elevated leather banquettes, suede upholstered walls and heavy custom-lined black-out draperies. Completing the floor are a sixth bedroom with en suite bath and a hobby room with a large climate-controlled cedar closet.
Two separate service quarters have an exterior entry and each offers a bedroom and private bath. The larger apartment has a kitchenette and outdoor balcony.
